We would like to welcome you to our Awana Clubs. Awana is a Bible-centered children’s ministry providing weekly clubs, programs, and training for students in preschool through high school. Their goal is to equip churches to reach kids and teens (and their families) with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.
When & Where
Each year, we begin the teens on the last Monday of August, with the children’s clubs starting the following Wednesday.
We end with an Awards Ceremony on the first Sunday of May.
TEENS: Monday Nights from 6:30pm-8:30pm During the School Year
CHILDREN: Wednesday Nights 6:30pm-8:00pm During the School Year
All clubs take place at Valley Bible Church. It is no problem if you missed the beginning of the year. Anyone can jump in at any time!
Parents, feel free to sit in on a night of Awana if you would like to see what all the excitement is about!
